24-Hour Support

 

We know that telecom down time can mean lost business and upset customers so we strive to provide timely reliable support. The carriers we represent have 24-hour customer support.  During normal business hours, 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday, HC provides their customers with support. We request our customers call us directly during normal business hours so we may support you directly.

 

Our customers who have voice and data equipment installed can call our 24-hour toll free number and follow the prompts for emergency technical support. Our emergency response time is four hours for major system failures seven days per week. We respond to routine issues within twenty-four hours, often sooner.
